This class is truly special to me. I’ve prepared it with love and intention, combining a beautiful mixture of powerful techniques.

It is designed to help you let go of tension in your body, calm your nervous system and return to a place of inner peace and balance.

What you can expect:
- Progessive muscle relaxation (PMR)– this will help you to be aware of physical tension and to let go of tension in your muscles
- sound bath
- short breathwork
- A manifestation techniqe: "Assume the wish fulfilled" to support your manifestation journey
- Reiki

Please wear something warm and cozy that you feel comfortable in. We'll be spending time in stillness, so i recommend bringing warm socks to help you stay relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

I am a certified sex therapist with an expertise in Vagnismus Therapy, instructor for progessive muscle relaxation, pelvic floor gymnastics, Reiki practitioner and sound meditation facilitator.
