You’re invited to a calming and restorative Circle infused with Reiki and sound massage .

• We’ll begin with Progressive Muscle Relaxation to gently release tension from the body.

• A grounding guided breathwork inspired by Dr. Joe dispenza and a Meditation will help you return to inner stillness.

• A deeply soothing sound massage will support your nervous system through vibration.

During the session, I’ll intuitively offer Reiki healing, moving through the space and working with the energy that calls.
We’ll close with a gentle breathwork practice to reconnect with presence.
