Let's start the New Year off with a beneficial self-care practice! I'm excited to be offering two weekly morning sessions of 24 Posture Therapeutic Qigong starting January 13th. We will practice deep breathing, gentle stretching, relaxation, listening to our bodies, and calming our nervous systems to cultivate a healing state. These hourly sessions are offered on Fridays at 8am EST by donation. A percentage of the funds raised will be going to support the important programming at The Ottawa Cancer Foundation's Community Hub.
