Laguna Mountains nature walk with optional lunch after.
There is a nice fairly easy loop hike from Prado Campground that passes through oak studded hills and under pines. The hike is about four miles, mostly flat, on good trails. There is a pond that always has waterfowl as well as many other birds in the area. We will meet at the gate to the Prado Campground off the Sunrise Highway. This CG is about 3.1 miles north of the General Store. I will bring my dog, Dakota. Good hiking shoes and water are recommended. There is a French themed restaurant/bar in Laguna where we can have lunch. I'm estimating three hours for the hike.

I suggest car pooling! There is a Park and Ride at 13516 Camino Canada, Los Coches Park N Ride off I 8. I can take three with me.
