La Jolla Tide Pools

Low tide is at 2:51 p.m., 0.2 feet, so not a negative tide but still low enough that we should have good access to tide pools. Expect to get your feet wet! Wear old sneakers. I will bring a couple of buckets. We will be looking at algae (sea weed) as well as lots of other benthic critters. I use 'Between Pacific Tides' as my main reference work.
