In front of Banpo Hangang Park Beer Garden (반포한강공원 비어가든 앞) Look for the group with road bikes near the outdoor tables/convenience store area.

Description: Winter is coming, but we won't stop riding! ❄️🚴 Join us for a "Travel-style" ride from Seoul to Yeoju (approx. 90km). We will ride along the scenic Namhan River bike path at a steady, enjoyable pace—no racing, just pure adventure.

We will stay at the unique "Yeoju Cyclist Rest Center," a government-run hostel designed specifically for riders. After the ride, we’ll celebrate with a delicious Korean BBQ party at a local restaurant! 🥩🍻

📅 The Plan (Saturday to Sunday)

1:00 PM: Meet at Banpo Hangang Park Beer Garden.

1:10 PM - 6:00 PM: Ride to Yeoju (~90km). We will take breaks approx. every 20-30km.

6:30 PM: Check-in at the Hostel & Shower.

7:30 PM: Dinner Party! (Local Korean BBQ).

Sunday Morning (Nov 30): Free time! You can take an express bus from Yeoju Terminal back to Seoul (Express Bus Terminal) individually. (Bus takes ~1 hour).

💰 Costs (we will split the bill)

Participation Fee: Free!

Accommodation: Approx. 30,000 KRW per person (Shared dormitory).

Food & Drinks: Split evenly (1/N). We share the cost of dinner/drinks.

Please bring cash or be ready to bank transfer.

🚲 Bike Requirement (Important!)

Distance: 90km (Mostly flat, but long distance).

Bike Type: Road Bikes are highly recommended.

Note: MTB, Hybrid, or City bikes (Ttareungi) will be very difficult to keep up with the group pace.

Pace: Steady travel pace, but you must be comfortable riding 90km.

⚠️ Winter Gear Checklist (Must Bring!) Since it is winter, it will be VERY COLD riding along the river. Please gear up!

✅ Helmet (Mandatory)

✅ Thick Winter Clothes (Windbreaker, thermal layers)

✅ Full-finger Gloves (Hands get freezing cold!)

✅ Shoe Covers & Thick Socks (Toes can get numb)

✅ Change of Clothes (For the evening/sleeping) & Toiletries.

👥 Limit: Max 8 people (Small group for safety). 📢 Note: If you sign up, please commit. Since we are booking accommodation, no-shows cause big problems.
