Slow Flow Yoga

Come join me for my first solo class in some time!!

This class will be a mid-day reset. Think ambient music, slow flow class with seated, passive and flowing poses. You leave to go back to work calm and ready to take on the rest of your day! Before or after class you will be able to sample an essential oil blend to help you calm down and be grounded.
