But beneath the noise, there is something steady.
In this session, we’ll explore how to live from awareness rather than from mental chatter.
Through guided meditation and reflection, we’ll practice noticing thoughts without becoming them.
We’ll explore what it means to rest as the knowing itself ...the space in which experience arises and passes.
The noise may continue.
But we don’t have to live inside it.
