There is a moment each spring when the Earth exhales —
when the soil softens, the waters quicken, and the Mother calls us home.
This May, you are invited into a sacred day-long pilgrimage to honor Mother Gaia, the sacred vessel of your own body, and the feminine force of creation that lives within you. Together, in a small circle of women, we will wander, listen, move, and remember.

Our Journey
We begin at Caribou Coffee by Target South in Rochester, Minnesota at 10:00 AM, where you will leave your car and be guided for the entire day. If you are coming from out of town let me know and we can potentially determine a different meeting spot. From there, for this session we will head to Minneapolis to spend our time on some sacred lands. Our journey does not have a set end time, but would likely complete around 8:00 PM.

This is not a schedule, as this event is more like a ceremony in motion.
Throughout the Day, We Will…
✨ Honor Mother Gaia through mindful connection, gratitude, and earth‑based presence
✨ Honor YOUr Sacred Body with gentle movement, breath, and playful embodiment
✨ Honor the Feminine through ceremony, reflection, and creative communion
✨ Honor Sisterhood in a safe, intimate circle of only three women
✨ Honor the Land as we walk, sit, listen, and remember our belonging
This day is for the woman who feels the quiet pull to reconnect —
to soften, to open, to breathe deeper, and to return to the truth inside her.
Why Only Three Women?
Because intimacy creates safety.
Because spaciousness invites depth.
Because the land speaks differently when the group is small.

• Location: Meet at Caribou Coffee (Target South), Rochester, MN or another site upon request
• Group Size: Limited to 3 women per date
• Transportation: Provided — participants leave their cars and travel together
