Manifest Truth is a half-day retreat focused on bringing your truth to the forefront. Cleansing the illusions and blockages from your body, mind, and soul.

Held at Michael's house on a tranquil 5 acres set under the trees, next to a reflective pond. What you can expect:

-🕺Somatic Release. Movement, sound, breath, and dancing that will break open your energy and move through stuck tension and trauma.
