In this session, we gently explore the nature of the mind—not by controlling it, but by understanding it. Through breath and awareness, we begin to observe thoughts as they arise and pass, and slowly discover the quiet space that exists between them. This is an invitation to move beyond mental noise and rest in a natural state of presence, ease, and inner stillness.

Arrive & Settle (10 min)
Grounding in the body and breath

Understanding the Mind, Breath & Awareness (30 min)
Simple reflection on the gap between thoughts and their origins. Using breath to anchor and observe

Guided Meditation (30 min)
Watching thoughts and sensing the gaps between them

Reflect & Close (20 min)
Integration, sharing, and gentle closing

This event is free, but there is a recommended donation of $15.
