Often referred to as the Dark Night of the Soul, this sacred phase of transformation has been described as a necessary passage of inner purification and awakening.

In this deeply supportive and reflective session, we come together to hold space for the unseen and often unspoken parts of the journey—the grief without clear cause, the loss of direction, the unraveling of who we thought we were.

Through gentle conversation, shared presence, and guided reflection, you are invited to explore this experience not as something to fix, but as a sacred threshold of transformation.

This is a space to be witnessed without pressure, to speak or remain in silence, and to reconnect with the quiet truth that even in the darkness, something within is shifting, releasing, and preparing for renewal.
