Ecstatic dance is dancing freely, without judgement, just being you. Let your body move to the music in a beautiful space without worry.
Local music producer (Love Here.) is curating a tribal, organic bass playlist that will get you moving.
When on the dance floor, we will keep it sacred, without talking, just dancing.
There will also be a short sound journey guided meditation at the end to seal in the good vibrations.
This event is free, but there is a recommended donation of $10.
