After the popularity of these at our first Meetup I've decided to make them a permanent fixture as our Ice Breaker.

Depending on numbers you will have 30 seconds to a minute to tell us who you are, what you do in online video and why you are a member of the group.

Speaking is optional but listening to others isn’t :-)

19:10 – Main Talk - Take control of your YouTube publishing schedule

In this session you will learn what to videos you should be producing for your YouTube channel in order to please your fans and YouTube's algorithm. You will also learn how to schedule your production and create a publishing plan for YouTube Channel so it runs like clockwork - more views - less chaos!

This session will be lead by YouTube industry veteran Emre Cinar. Emre is currently an independent digital media consultant.but is also Country Manager of a YouTube MCN, working with social media influencers and media conglomerates all over the world. Mr. Cinar oversaw all country and marketing operations for the company. His efforts in view growth on YouTube resulted in over 2 billion views for the company. He is now running his own content, media and talent development company, WeFanstastic.
