How I Use AI Avatars to Save Time on Recordings (Take 2)

lets use this as a Q&A Session. I know I was out for the count with the Flu but to make this up, im going to publish a recorded Version of me walking through my avatar process which I use for my skool account.

I run 8 Youtube channels and that means I spend a ton of time either out and about shooting or in my studio doing educational material. One evening I tripped and stumbled upon a simple way of using a photo of myself to create educational material with nothing more than a mic and a picture. this allowed me to literally do 15 episodes (10-15min) in 2 days and it almost fooled my wife (almost) with how lifelike it was. Ill walk you guys through this and would love your feedback on how/if you use this same method.
