• Developing for Augmented Reality (A Technical Overview)

    YouVisit's XR team will be doing a presentation on Augmented Reality development. During this meeting we will discuss developing Augmented Reality apps using the Unity Engine, noting challenges and learnings. The presentation will be followed up a code-along exercise using ARCore/ARKit at a beginner level. All code will be posted publicly and will be available for download from GitHub. Please note that coding along is not required! All of the code will be supplied. During this meeting we will discuss the benefits of GraphQL vs REST API, and points on developing a GraphQL solution. We will also discuss how to leverage lambda server-less alternative.
