Ottawa Civic Tech returns with a special discussion on design thinking, as we get ready to launch an open call for community priorities and new projects for making positive change in our city.
Join us in person on September 25th at Heart & Crown Preston with guest speaker Dominira Saul for a talk on Unlocking Project Success with Design Thinking and Strategic Problem Framing.
Afterwards, there’ll be smaller group discussion sessions on potential projects and themes of interest and a Civic Tech 101 overview for newcomers.

Heart and Crown Preston, 353B Preston Street
You can take the #85 bus from from Pimisi (from east) or Bayshore/Carlingwood (from west), or the #2 from Bayview. There’s a cycling and walking path parallel to Preston along the O-Train Line 2, from which you can turn east onto Aberdeen and continue one block.
