Part 2: The Psychology of Control: From PUA to Gaslighting In session two, we move into the social phenomenon of "PUA" and gaslighting. We will discuss:

• Identifying "red flags" in personal and professional relationships.
• Strategies for fighting back against psychological suppression.
• Why it’s so difficult to recognize manipulation while it’s happening.
