In this first session our focus will be on beginning to see how we think and how thinking shapes our world. Join us for a bi-weekly 60-minute heart-based coaching session focused on cultivating compassion—for yourself and others. Whether you're navigating personal growth, healing, or looking to build more mindful relationships, this group offers a safe and supportive space to connect, reflect, and grow together.
Each session includes:
