Bing Wu has 28 years of experience in the IT industry, including over 20 years in management and the Software Quality Assurance domain. He has worked across diverse industries, including semiconductor, commerce, gaming, gambling, payment, telecom, public transportation, and ERP, contributing to organizations such as Intel, Mitsubishi, IBM, TELUS, Workday, and TransLink.

Bing is currently the Manager, Software QA at TransLink, where he focuses on QA leadership, quality strategy, automation, Agile/DevOps practices, and continuous improvement. He is passionate about modernizing QA through practical innovation, quality governance, AI-assisted testing, and building stronger quality practices across teams.
