Vinnie Mehta is Lead AI Product Designer at Nanosarte, designing agentic AI experiences with human-in-the-loop safeguards. Previously at AWS, with a background in VFX and creative technology.
Snehal Lohar is an engineering lead who has moved fluidly across quality, engineering, and program delivery — often wearing multiple hats within a single cycle to keep complex programs on track. That range gives her a firsthand view of how transferable skills, not fixed titles, drive resilience and growth.
