YYC Plant-Based Potlucks
Details
Please bring a whole foods plant-based dish to share. We please ask for the dishes to be made without oil and with limited nuts and seeds (some inside a dressing or salad are fine). This is a time to showcase a favorite healthy plant-based dish, so we also ask for no vegan processed foods, convenience foods, refined white flour and sugar, or meat or dairy alternatives (unless used in a dish). Healthy plant-based drinks and desserts are also welcomed!
We ask that you please RSVP for each event and also remove your RSVP if you are unable to attend (even at the last minute) so that we can adequately prepare for the number of individuals.
We look forward to meeting or seeing old friends again!
