Deployment Pipelines / Handover Wars

Details
This event is hosted by Decode, so we will have a guest talk about design-development handover wars.
🛁 Deployment Pipelines
The deployment pipeline is a tool for delivering new features to end users.
It should help us build and deploy software that passes all requirements and block the deployment of versions that failed one or more requirements.
The presentation will show why we need a deployment pipeline and what are the stages of the pipeline, from commit to deployment to production.
📣 Speaker: Denis Kranjčec
🎨🛠️ Handover Wars - Design vs. Development
Design and development often clash at the handover stage. Deadlines, unclear specs, and mismatched expectations turn smooth projects into battlefields.
This talk explores the pitfalls of messy handovers and how shared language, atomic design, and modern tools can turn conflict into collaboration.
📣 Speakers: Matej Marić, Matija Šelendić
