Lecture 01 - Toni Gerovac - Conversational Commerce: engage your customers in meaningful interactions across all their preferred channels

The evolving communications landscape is changing the way people interact with businesses. Customers are getting used to minimum friction on their buying journey and expect end-to-end experiences on channels they already use and trust. It sounds straightforward, but to set the stage for such scenarios, businesses need the right combination of channels, features, and technologies. Sourcing these from different providers adds to the complexity, drives costs up, and creates siloed systems that are likely to have a negative effect on the quality of service they provide their customers.

Product Sales Expert, Infobip
With a solid background as Client Solution Engineer and Customer Success Manager, Toni works together with customers on tackling their business and communication challenges. From defining communication strategy to creating specific solutions for customers, he counts on his strong technical experience to best leverage technology to achieve business goals.

The subscription model of returning revenue is a well-known business model but one question arises whether the Croatian market is ready to adopt it.
