🎮 Zamtox Game Jam: Calling All Aspiring Game Devs! 🎮

Are you ready to flex your creativity and game design skills? Whether you're an experienced game developer or just getting started, design table top or video games, the Zamtox Game Jam is the perfect place! Bring your own materials and computer and chair (BYOCC) and plug in to join a team to create something incredible!

This is the second time the jam will be held at the Zamtox Game Studio. This is where Theresa does all of her artwork, game design and development, and writing (academic and otherwise). It is a humble space filled with big dreams. Everyone with a kind heart is welcome.

Our team mainly uses Unity as our main Game IDE (Integrated Development Environment) using Unity 6.2.10f1(6000.2.10f1) as our main version for game-developing tool! But you can bring any game engine or even board game supplies if you wish. All game development tools are welcome.

There is only street parking. But it is usually pretty open. You shouldn't have any issues parking a car. If you want to take the train, get off at the Indian School stop on Central Ave and walk about a mile to 7th ave. Then go south about a half a block to Amelia and jog over to 8th ave. It is about a half a block south of Amelia and across the street from the intersection with Fairmount. You can also take the bus, I believe it is the 41 that goes down Indian School. Get off at 7th Ave and follow the previous walking instructions to find Zamtox.

Come solo or bring a team! This is your chance to turn your ideas into reality, connect with other devs, and show off your skills. There’s no crunch culture here—we value creativity and balance. So, grab your laptop, bring your A-game, and let’s jam! 🎉
