We are hoping to share the straightforwardness of Zen meditation ('just sitting'/shikantaza). We are also hoping to create and nutrure a warm and spacious Zen community (sangha) with room for everyone and support to explore and appreciate our lives.
We have a pay-if-you-can policy of suggested 50-200 DKK (can be paid with mobilepay, cash, or PayPal) to cover tea, and materials such as bells and cushions. The first time you come is free.
We look forward to sharing space and silence with you, warm welcome ❤️🙏
