Shields up! Shielded Wallets and the Zcash Dev Fund | ZconV Berlin [Day 4]

Join us on Thursday to get hands-on with Zcash. Test some wallets, learn about shielded transactions, explore the UX of privacy-preserving technology, and dive deep into the heavily debated Zcash Dev Fund.

Zcash funding and governance are hot topics, as they are in many decentralized crypto projects. Currently, 20% of the Zcash proof-of-work mining reward is given to three Zash organizations. This is known as the Zcash Dev Fund and it will change at the next Zcash halvening, November 2024.

During the ZconV wallet streams, and in the breaks between sessions, there are many Zcash wallets to install and transact with.

ZconV, by Zcash Foundation, began as a virtual conference and, with the creation of ZconV Berlin, it's evolving into a new kind of meetup/conference experience.

For ZconV, the Zero-Knowledge Audiovisual Club and Least Authority are hosting an entire week of in-person meetups, watchparties, workshops and presentations.

This is the place for Zcashers and zk-enthusiasts to gather, celebrate, watch and discuss all the things Zcash, Zcon and Zk, with snackz and drinkz.
