The System Architecture (How the Night Flows)

### Phase 1: The "Pitch Your Friend" Slide Deck Extravaganza

Forget slick venture capital pitches; tonight, you are pitching a much more volatile asset: your single friend.

  • The Rules: Pitches are strictly limited to 3 minutes. Show us their user persona, their bugs, their features, and why they deserve a high-valuation partner.

    Critical Technical Spec: Bring your own pen drives (USB flash drives). Do not trust the cloud. Do not trust air-dropping. Have your PowerPoint or PDF presentation ready to plug straight into the Dojo’s projector system.

### Phase 2: Cosmic Speed Dating (The Algorithm Execution)

Once the slides are down, we switch to live networking. We run a highly traditional, strict matrix architecture:

  • Women remain seated as the anchors.
  • Men will hot-swap tables every 5 minutes on the dot when the buzzer sounds.

The LoveStar Protocol (Check-In & Matching)

We are bypassing standard human error and letting data handle the compatibility. For matching, we are using thelovestar.com website or the newly released TheLoveStar mobile apps on the Google Play and iOS app stores.

  • Pre-Event Check-In: You must register and check into the event at [`thelovestar.com`](http://thelovestar.com/) or via the mobile app before you arrive. The front desk at HackerDojo will check your status—entry will not be allowed without a completed mobile/web check-in. This unlocks your personalized compatibility dashboard for the night.
  • The Feedback Window: No awkward face-to-face rejections. You have a strict 4-hour window post-event to log back into your dashboard on the website or mobile app and select your matches.
  • Fast Compile Times: Get your results fast. Your verified mutual matches are calculated and emailed to you within 6 hours of the event's start time.
