This class is a fun way to help your child to focus better in school, calm their emotions, and workout. They’ll have fun dancing, singing, drawing, connecting with their peers, and learning tools to self-regulate, promoting overall well-being.
This class is open to children ages 3 years-old to 14 years-old.
No experience is necessary.
All levels are welcome.
There will be a real-live 6 month old puppy assisting in class.

PARKING
There is FREE but strict 90-minutes parking out front, a parking garage across the street on Stolp that charges $1/hr after one hour or $5 /day, and FREE parking along Benton-one block south of us.
LOCATION & ENTRANCE
WWe are located on the SW corner of Downer and Stolp, on the 2nd floor of the red brick building with the icicle lights in the white window up above.
Our entrance is facing Downer and under a blue, half-moon awning in a brick alcove with our logo above the door.
The east side of the building spells out "Zen Loft" in the windows above.

Through this practice, the child is expected to get to know his body, develop plasticity, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and improve rest and concentration habits as they enrich their creative potential.
