What we’re about
This group is a Women's Circle Group where we will also focus on Meditation, Breathwork and Mindfullness. I am a fully qualified Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher and a Certified Women's Circle Facilitator.
The Women's Circles will commence early in 2026 and will encompass many themes and discussions for healing, wellbeing and social connection with other women in circle. The circles will be held mostly in my Zen Garden which also has an undercover area, but will not be limited to my home, there will be other areas where the circles will be held such as Nature Reserves and Parklands on the Northside of Brisbane. All circles will end with a refreshment and light morning or afternoon tea. There will be a fee for these Circles and Workshops between $20 and $30 payable by cash on the day. Please only join if you are happy to pay to have a trained facilitator facilitate the workshops and circles.
I also operate as a Holistic Counsellor from my home base as well if anyone is needing any private support.
