Join us for a condensed outdoor kettlebell session in the park! Get ready to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility as we incorporate dynamic kettlebell exercises into an invigorating 20-minute, medium-intensity workout. Whether you're a seasoned kettlebell enthusiast or a beginner looking to try something new, we will guide you through proper form and technique... and get you moving toward a complete mind and body lifestyle. The fresh air and natural surroundings will add an extra element of energy to our session, making it a fun and effective way to break a sweat. Kettlebell training is a great way to add another dimension to a Zen practice. If you want, bring a blanket and a cushion and have a sit in the park before or after the kettlebells.
Kettlebell training is suitable for most ages, as the various forms can be adapted to each situation. To get started, bring your own kettlebell (a free weight can also be used to get started). Also bring an old bath-sized towel, as we may do some groundwork.
