Meeting
- 8:20 AM at Starbucks in Cocono Susukino
No need to buy a drink. We’ll leave right after meeting.

Access
- Take the subway to Susukino Station
From the Starbucks, we'll walk to the temple

Activities (approximate times)
- 8:40 - 10:40 | Chu-oh temple
Zen meditation & walking meditation: 30 min & 5 min × 2 rounds
Lesson text reading: 15 min
Cleaning: 10 min

After that, we can grab a drink at a nearby café (optional, self-order)

Fee
- 500 yen donation to the temple

Preparation
- Please wear comfortable clothes

“What should I prepare for the meditation?”
“What is it really like?”

No worries! I’ll be there to guide you through the session at the temple. If you’re curious, just let me know. You can decide whether to join after checking the details.
