Hey, I’m putting together a relaxed Zen tea walk at Mona Vale
Nothing too structured, just a slow wander through the gardens, taking in the trees, flowers, and the river, and giving ourselves a bit of space to slow down.
At some point we’ll find a nice spot to sit, have some tea together, and chat a bit.
Lately I’ve been thinking about this question, and thought it could be interesting to explore it together:
What tends to trigger the strongest negative emotions in your life?
How do you usually process or transform those emotions?
Not in a heavy or academic way, just an open, grounded conversation.
We might also touch on a few simple Zen ideas and see what resonates.
There’ll be some quiet walking too, just being present, noticing things, letting the mind settle a bit.
