TUESDAY EVENING DROP-IN | Learn to Meditate | 7PM
Join us for this introductory Learn to Meditate series! Learn the art of meditation and bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life and relationships.

This series is designed especially for beginners (or for those who wish to revitalize their practice). In this course you will learn the essentials of meditation practice and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Each class will include guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.

Learn to Meditate is presented as a series, however, each class is self-contained so you can drop-in to any class.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Week 1 – The Basics. What is meditation and how is it useful.
Week 2 – Meditation as Medicine. Changing the way we see and interact with the world.
Week 3 – Dive a Little Deeper. It turns out we’re not the only ones… A lesson about others.
Week 4 – Build your Practice. Breaking down the details of “How” and “Why” so you feel confident at home.

COST & REGISTRATION
$15 per class or $48 for a 4 week series. Pay at the door, cash or card. Free for members.
