### About This Meetup

Are you a woman in your Mid 40s, 50s, or beyond navigating the pressures of leadership, boardrooms, and workplace politics — all while managing life outside of work? This evening is for midlife women in CEO roles, upper management, and other leadership positions seeking connection, support, and candid conversation with like-minded successful women.

We’re creating a relaxed, judgment-free space to:

• Meet like-minded professional women
• Share stories and challenges
• Offer mutual support (and the occasional vent session!)
• Sip wine, laugh, and leave with new contacts and maybe some relief!

There’s no formal agenda, no speakers — just an honest circle of accomplished women who get it. Each gathering may begin with a soft theme (like employee retention strategies or managing burnout without quitting your job) to spark conversation.
