Yogalates is all about safely building the strength of your body by using slow/controlled movements, and your own body weight. You will be surprised by how much stronger this class makes you feel. Stronger bodies means: less back pain, healthier joints, and bette balance.

This class is appropriate for beginners, and those with an advanced practice.

Please bring a towel/mat, hat, glasses, water, and dress comfortable.

Beach Yoga classes are donation based.
You can pay what you like.
