Join us for a gentle, supportive virtual session created for women who are ready to release the weight they’ve been carrying. This 60-minute experience provides a safe, non-judgmental space to let go of stress, burnout, self-criticism, and the pressure to people-please.
Through guided breathwork, reflective journaling, symbolic release rituals, and supportive connection, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self, honor your emotions, and practice choosing yourself with softness and compassion.
