The last session filled quickly, and many people shared they weren’t able to join, so I’m offering it again.

This is a gentle, 60-minute virtual gathering for anyone who wants to slow down, release built-up stress, and reconnect with themselves.

We’ll use simple breathing, guided reflection, and grounding activities to help you let go of what’s been weighing on you, step out of over-giving, and come back to yourself in a calm, supportive space.

This is time just for you to pause, breathe, and reset.
