Hello everyone, and welcome to today’s Zen Power Lunch! I’m Andjela Azabagic, founder of Azabagic Solutions, an executive wellness coach, and a corporate strategist and advisor in the medical AI industry. With over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive and 15 years of teaching mindfulness and meditation through Art of Living and the International Association for Human Values, I’ve had the privilege of teaching numerous courses and working with hundreds of students and leaders worldwide in high-pressure fields such as healthcare, technology, and business. I’ve helped them find balance, clarity, and optimize their executive function.
Like many of you, my daily life involves juggling competing priorities: corporate work, parenting a 9-year-old, and executive coaching. I also guide companies through complex markets—particularly in healthcare and AI—and partner with leaders to integrate innovation and strategy into their business models. As a war survivor from Bosnia in 1996, I truly understand the immense pressure and uncertainty of living through difficult circumstances. The resilience I built during that time shapes my approach to wellness today, teaching me the importance of inner strength, mindfulness, and navigating challenges with grace—lessons that continue to guide my personal and professional growth.
Having experienced adversity that many will never face, I’m deeply passionate about helping others build the mental and emotional resilience needed to succeed under stress—whether in the boardroom or during life’s most difficult moments. I understand the unique challenges of balancing high-achieving pressure with well-being, and I’m here to help you find that sweet spot where you can thrive in every area of your life.
