• 6:45 PM – Meet, Mingle & Icebreakers 🤝 Gather INSIDE the main entrance near the bust/head statues (View Location Map). We will wait 30 minutes to welcome everyone. Use this time to introduce yourself and say hello to as many fellow guests as possible!
  💡 Fun Icebreaker Question: "If someone painted your portrait to capture your true personality, what would be in the background or what would you be doing?"
• 7:15 PM – Gallery Exploration 🖼️✨ Step inside together to explore the gallery's stunning collection of portraits at your own pace. Wander through the exhibitions, take in the atmosphere, and chat with fellow attendees along the way.
• 8:00 PM – Regroup & Art Reflections 💬❤️ Meet back at the main entrance meeting point to share your top highlights from the gallery.
  💡 Icebreaker Question: "Which piece of artwork caught your eye today and why?"
• 8:15 PM – Afterparty at Zebrano Soho 🍹🎉 We'll take a short stroll through Soho to Zebrano for cocktails, laughter, and great music to keep the party going late into the evening!

• 🪪 ID Required: Please bring a valid physical ID (passport or driver's license) for entry into Zebrano.
• ⏰ Punctuality: Please arrive on time so you don't miss the group kickoff!
• 🚶‍♂️ Latecomers: If you miss the initial gathering, you can catch up with the group at 7:10 PM (gallery exit), 8:00 PM (gallery exit), or head straight to Zebrano Soho by 8:30 PM.

1. Let’s all commit to updating our RSVPs if plans change—it helps us plan better and ensures great attendance for everyone. If you RSVP “yes” but don’t attend and don’t update your RSVP, you may be removed from the group to keep things fair. No stress, though—you can rejoin for a small £10 fee!
