This isn't a quick fix or a feel-good gimmick. It's a structured, down-to-earth 8-week course in mindfulness and meditation that’s been helping people calm their minds, reduce stress, and reconnect with what matters without needing to sit on a mountain.
You’ll learn to meditate using the Zenways approach: grounded, practical, and rooted in tradition.
Whether you're new to meditation or looking to build consistency, this course meets you where you’re at and helps you go deeper, one step at a time.
Each week builds on the last, offering tools and practices you can actually use: at work, at home, in the chaos, or in the calm.
