Welcome to Zero to Active, a judgment-free community for people who want to move from "doing nothing" to "doing something"—and want to do it together.
Let’s be clear about what this group is NOT:
- This is not professional training.
- We are not training for a marathon.
- We are not going to cycle 50 miles or power-walk until we drop.
This is strictly a supportive social group for people who want to get off the couch and start moving in a very slow, manageable way.
We embrace Body Positivity in its truest form. All bodies, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are celebrated here. Whether you are looking to start your journey or you are a supportive friend who just loves the community, you are welcome.
Our goal is simple: Accountability. We are here to help each other show up. We might just walk around the block. We might ride bikes on a flat path at a leisurely pace. The goal isn't to break records; the goal is just to start.
