Details

Basic ZYQ practice sessions to boost immunity and relieve stress. Sessions offered every weekday, alternating between morning and evening times. Every session is 1 hour long, in the morning we will be practicing Big Tree (30-40 min), in the evening - Refining Qi (30-40 min).

Morning sessions are on Monday (April 20), Wednesday (April 22) and Friday (April 24)

This is intended as a practice group for those who have taken ZYQ Level 1. If you are completely new to ZY Qigong, you are still welcome to join and follow along, but please refer to the resources below, as I won't be spending much time on providing instruction.
