- Renovation Tour: Walk the finished flip. We'll dig into where to spend versus what to skip for maximum resale impact, mistakes to avoid, staying on-budget, how we manage contractor crews, and more.
- Ask Anything: No topic is off-limits! Feel free to come with questions on anything from cost-cutting tactics to deal math, funding, raising private capital, scaling your operation, and beyond. Happy to get into all of it.
- Deal Breakdown: Bring a deal you’re working on and I’ll run the numbers with you. Comps, rehab estimates, capital costs—anything you’d like a second set of eyes on.
- Funding: I’m happy to share deal-funding options as well, including how you can fund your next flip entirely with private capital.
- Networking: A lot of people have been asking me to hold an “on-site” event like this at one of our flips for a long time. This is the first time we’re doing it, so I’m not sure how many attendees we’ll have… but it’s a great opportunity to meet active local investors, wholesalers, agents, contractors, and more.
This walkthrough is intended for active real estate investors who are currently doing deals and looking to scale up, but beginners are welcome to attend as well.
