Pure Functional Tensorflow Model Inference with ZIO

Abstract
ZIO on Scala is an ideal way to architect an application which uses ML models in the real world. In this presentation we will take an application which needs to make some critical decisions, and demonstrate how to incrementally add more model-based decisions by using the tools of ZIO, such as ZLayer, but not modifying the core application code. Whether you need to use Tensorflow or Sci-Kit Learn for your model serving, any supervised ML model can be easily used.
