  • QUEER LATINO Bodies, migrations and dissidence in queer Latin American cinema

Welcome to QUEER LATINO - a fierce and fabulous film programme for Pride 2026 celebrating diverse LGBTQI+ Latin American experiences.

Through stories of migration, identity, memory, desire, and resistance, the selected short films invite you to a dialogue that crosses different territories, themes and cinematic languages, with Queerness as their collective anchor.

These five remarkable documentaries and short films offer bold and deeply personal visions of the body, belonging, community, and the search for freedom.

We’re proud to welcome filmmakers María Millán, Jorge Cadena, Pablo Rivera and Mateo López, for a special post-screening discussion, moderated by Lorena Briscoe of ZonaSur Cinema.

Together, We’ll explore the themes of the films and their creative journeys, with audience participation warmly encouraged.
