About us
We meet via Zoom on Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. EST and enjoy 30 minutes in a chair and 30 minutes standing doing breathing, movement and meditation. You will need a yoga mat, a sturdy chair with a firm seat, folding chair works well, a yoga block, yoga strap and a 6' Thera-band strip The teacher is Certified in four areas: Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Seniors and Accessible Yoga and has 15 years experience. We are a friendly group and our goal is to feel better and become more fit.
