Zoom Yoga with Steve in English

Steve Carter has a decade of experience as a Bikram, hot yoga, and deep core yoga teacher. He is qualified in injury correction and has also taught meditation and gong for many years. He lives in London and is a regular teacher at Fierce Grace Yoga and yoga retreats in Spain and Italy.

He will teach this class in English.

Please have a mat, towel, and water with you in a safe quiet space for the class. Wear suitable clothing such as leggings, shorts, a fitting t-shirt or vest, or tank top. You should be bare-footed.
