About the event:

Start the new year with a Meetup event that's sure to get you fired up about publishing in 2013! This 2-hour event during which we'll have an informative demo from our sponsoring host, Wix, on their website software (for anyone interested in upgrading their website platform to a very easy-to-use solution), and then a panel discussion about what goes into truly great book cover design. Whether you're publishing fiction or non-fiction, print or digital, we'll cover everything from the process of working with an art director to reviewing competitive book cover designs in your genre. Your $5 RSVP confirmation charge will cover wine, coffee, and snacks at this event. Our event location is accessible by elevator. This should be an informative and inspirational discussion for anyone with an upcoming title to release, or an interest in book cover design.

We'll set aside some time at the end for introductions and networking.
