Come dance under the sun 😍 We're Carla and Isa from @vitaminspice! Come and have the time of your life while making your body work through our Latin heat dance workout 🌶️ Our zumba session is a high energy workout, with easy dance routines to reggaeton, salsa, merengue, cumbia and more. We include squats, lunges and light bodyweight exercises. No dance experience required, it’s all about moving, releasing, letting your playful side out to have fun and making new friends in the process ✨

The Sunday class is outdoors, sun-kissed and sea-bound in Barceloneta 🌴🌞 After, for those who fancy it, we invite you to join us for a drink and re-charge, chill and chat with the Zumba friends ☕

Incluimos sentadillas, lunges y ejercicios ligeros de peso corporal. No se requiere experiencia en baile, se trata de moverse, soltarse, dejar salir tu lado juguetón para divertirte y hacer nuevxs amigxs en el proceso ✨
